Heroes and villains from the Chronicles of Narnia will populate Library Park as part of the fourth annual Snow Daze Festival from 12-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 18. Ice sculptors from Art Below Zero will demonstrate their skills during the event, which includes a variety of ice sculptures on display. Members of Actor’s Craft will portray characters from the Narnia series and engage with visitors.

Fifty ice sculptures will decorate Library Park and sidewalks throughout downtown Kenosha during the Snow Daze Festival. The winter celebration will include activities in Library Park including winter-themed games with local mascots at 1 p.m. and an opportunity to help decorate a “Chronicles of Kenosha” book made of ice. The Children's Room at the Simmons Library offers a chance to warm up, with craft supplies available from 12-3 p.m. for children to create projects related to the Narnia theme. The Kenosha Public Museum will present interactive displays with winter themes.

Bundle up and enjoy a wintery walk around Downtown to see dozens more amazing ice sculptures in front of businesses throughout the district.

Snow Daze is presented by Downtown Kenosha Inc. and the City of Kenosha. Sponsorship from ULINE, Meijer and Wilmot Mountain provided major funding for the event, along with support from area businesses.
